In-play markets are offered subject to availability and event circumstances. Odds on live markets can change rapidly. bh888 does not guarantee that any specific in-play market will remain available throughout an event. Live bets accepted in good faith before an obvious result-determining event occurs remain valid unless voided under the applicable rules.
Deposits must be made using payment methods listed as available in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions and events outside the Operator's reasonable control may affect platform availability. bh888 accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The collection, processing and storage of personal data in connection with your use of the Services is governed by the bh888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Personal data submitted during registration, KYC and general platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, legal compliance, fraud prevention and the delivery of the Services. bh888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Where an Account is closed by request and the User's balance is positive, any eligible remaining balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the verified deposit source following completion of KYC, subject to the Operator's withdrawal procedures.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, abuse or illegal activity, balances may be forfeited entirely.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by the Operator's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the Operator's licensing terms. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
